Parameters
- firstSliceAngleDegrees System.Int32 = 0
- Clockwise rotation from the top, from zero through 360 degrees.
- doughnutHolePercent System.Int32 = 50
- Inner diameter as a percentage of outer diameter, from 10 through 90.
