Modifiers sealed

Immutable OpenType MATH constants. Device pixel corrections are deliberately omitted so outline geometry scales consistently between screen and print. Variable math metrics are not qualified.

Returns the unscaled design-unit value. ScriptPercentScaleDown, ScriptScriptPercentScaleDown and RadicalDegreeBottomRaisePercent are percentages.
