CsvRecordAccumulator`1
Updates an accumulator from one transient CSV record.

Remarks
Callbacks for different partitions can run concurrently. Modify only the supplied state and do not retain the record or its borrowed spans. Reference-type state must be independent for each call to the accumulator factory.
Usage
This type appears in these public API surfaces even when no hand-authored example is attached directly to the page.
