Remarks
Without ExcelLinkByHeaderOptions.Range or ExcelLinkByHeaderOptions.Table the header is found in the worksheet header row and rows ExcelLinkByHeaderOptions.FirstRow to ExcelLinkByHeaderOptions.LastRow are linked. A range uses its first row as the header row; a table uses its column names and data rows.
