Parameters

-Document ProjectDocument requiredpipeline: True (ByValue): Project to inspect or change.
-Name String requiredposition: 0: Resource name.
-PassThru SwitchParameter optional: Return the created or changed object.
-StandardRate Decimal optional: Standard work rate in the project currency.
