Creates native Excel-to-Google-Sheets planning and export settings without contacting Google.

Parameters

-Charts UnsupportedFeatureMode optional: Policy for charts without a reliable native equivalent. Omission retains the native default.; Possible values: Error, WarnAndSkip, Flatten, Rasterize
-DomainUsersCanEdit SwitchParameter optional: Whether domain users may edit protected content. Omission preserves the native policy.
-DriveId String optional: Shared-drive identifier. Omission retains the native default.
-Editor String[] optional: Editor email addresses for translated protected ranges.
-ExpectedDriveVersion Int64 optional: Drive version observed before replacement; the native exporter checks for changes. Omission retains the native default.
-FolderId String optional: Drive destination folder identifier. Omission retains the native default.
-FunctionMapping Hashtable optional: Function-name replacements; keys and values are native formula function names.
